Ca' Rio Marin is a gorgeous building from 1600, lately reconstructed, providing beautiful view over the fascinating canal 'Rio Marin'. Two floors are available for the guests. The first floor has beautiful wooden beams. The warm parlour with fireplace and the sofa bed make the stay more comfortable. On the ground floor there is the kitchen and fenestratedbathroom with shower and washing-machine. On the first floor there are an elegant and bright double-bed room with a view over the canal, and another room with two beds. From both rooms the guests can reach the bathroom equipped with bath with hydro massage. The valuable furniture is in typical venetian style. The apartment offers space for 4+2 persons.

Location

The building is situated in the Santa Croce district, the heart of the antique center of the city. Not more than 10 minutes are needed to reach the rail way station Santa Lucia, Piazzale Roma (bus station and car parking), Rialto, S. Marco square, The Academy, Basilica dei Frari, S. Giacomo dell'Orio and many others. In the neighbourhood there is the comfortable stop Riva de Biasio of the ferry. It can be easily reached by boat taxi or gondola which are waiting just in front of the main door.

The area of Ca' Rio Marin is typical for Venice with its restaurants and characteristic shops. Without any problem the guests can find anything needed: supermarket, chemist's, medical service, fruit and fish market, osterie, restaurants, pizzerie, etc.

For the golf fans Lido di Venezia offers one of the most renowned golf clubs in Italy, just few minutes away with the motorboat from the apartment.
